Dr. Mitchell teaches planning law, environmental planning, and seminars. His research concerns property rights and ecological integrity.
Dr. Mitchell teaches Global Regenerative Systems (RS 302) in the Center's minor program, as well as courses in planning law and environmental planning. His research concerns property rights and ecological integrity. He has a BS from the University of Illinois, a J.D. and a Ph.D. in Planning from the University of Michigan.
