The Fearless Staff conceptual module represents attributes on the left side of the triangle that create a psychologically safe (fearless) working environment for staff that enable staff performance, commitment to the job and retention. The right side of the triangle represents attributes that create fears that can impede staff performance, commitment to the job and retention. The white space at the top of the triangle represents barriers to a fearless work environment. The animation illustrates how fearless attributes drive out fearful attributes creating a fearless work environment where staff can thrive.
