Facilities Planning

Facilities Planning, in partnership with the campus community, is responsible for:

• Strategic planning and development of the Campus Master Plan.
• Securing entitlements and state funding for campus facilities.
• Implementing the Campus Master Plan through the annual capital improvement program.
• Developing and managing Cal Poly Pomona's 3 million square feet of building and classroom space, and over 1,400 acres of land.
• Representing the campus and working with the CSU Chancellor and state and local regulatory agencies on all capital projects and university assets.

Facilities Design & Construction

Facilities Design & Construction, in partnership with the campus community, is responsible for:

• Managing state and non-state capital construction projects.
• Ensuring code compliance and occupant safety for all projects.
