Graphic Communications Services provides a comprehensive photocopying service center to support the academic, administrative and student organization needs of the campus. The photocopy center utilizes state-of-the-art equipment capable of producing large volumes of work in a short time on a variety of paper stocks and sizes.

Our current compliment of photocopy equipment can run all normal weight papers from 20 pound bond through 90 pound index in the following standard sizes, 8-1/2" x 11", 8-1/2" x 14", and 11"x 17". In addition to simple black image photocopying and color copying we can produce tabbed indexes, corner and side stapled sets, tape bound booklets, carbonless multi-part sets, and transparencies. For those projects that require either 2 or 3 hole punching, folding, special binding, padding or other special finishing services, our in-house bindery section is ready to assist you.

Graphic Communications Services photocopy center consists of two principle functions to meet your particular needs: Standard Photocopying Services and Quick Print Services. Each of the two service areas have exactly the same capabilities to produce finished projects and only differ in that Quick Print Services is a full charge rapid copy service. Quick Print program guidelines are as follows:

All basic photocopying projects of 2000 or less impressions copied on GCS stocked materials will be completed within 24 hours of receipt.

There will be a cost per copy charged for all copies produced. Projects that are of larger volume than guidelines provide or require special paper or handling will need additional time to complete.
