Subject: Important Status Update Regarding ASI Events

Dear Broncos,

Per the University, “all events and gatherings hosted by Cal Poly Pomona on or off campus with more than 100 participants are to be cancelled. Consistent with California Department of Public Health recommendations, we are promoting social distancing by canceling all events effective March 12 through May 31. When possible, events may be rescheduled, or modified using technology.”

The safety of our Broncos, their families, and friends are our number one priority, and while the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has NOT identified a risk of COVID-19 (coronavirus) to the Cal Poly Pomona campus, we want to support our University and the precautions around reducing close person-to-person contact.
