Bronco Scholars

Bronco Scholars at Cal Poly Pomona

About the Program

CPP's Bronco Scholars Program helps first-time freshmen better prepare for college-level course work in Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning during the summer before your first year of college. The goal of Bronco Scholars is to increase your readiness and get ahead on successfully completing your college degree.

How it Works

All Bronco Scholar participants will enroll in a 3-4 unit math course towards completing their GE Area B-4 requirement (Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning), participate in transitional workshops to learn about campus resources, learning tools along with accessing embedded math tutors and success coaches.

Eligibility

Program participation is by invitation only and is for CPP Students in need of additional support in math. Students who are placed in Category 3 or 4 for Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning will be eligible.

Commuting Options

The program has two options: Commuter and Residential. Click on the links above to learn about each option.
