Maintaining Eligibility
Requirements to Maintain Eligibility for Continuing Students
To maintain eligibility you must:
- Monitor CPP email with program deadlines, registration, upcoming workshops, etc.
- Remain in the same major you selected when you came to CPP (unless Undeclared).
- Successfully complete 30 units toward your degree by the end of summer term every academic year.
- Complete GE Areas A2 and B4 (appropriate to your major) by summer semester of your first year (if you're a part of the 4-Year program).
- Maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.5.
- Earn a C- or better or CR (Credit) in all course work taken.
- Be continuously enrolled for the fall and spring terms each year.
- Submit your academic plan for priority registration by the deadline each term. Create an appointment via CPP Connect with your advisor if you need assistance updating your academic plan.
- Enroll in at least 15 units at Cal Poly Pomona in your first fall term.
