Faculty and Staff
The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is managed and operated by Collins College students. The RKR is a Cal Poly Pomona class that students take for credit under the watchful eye of industry veterans on the faculty and staff.
Faculty members LaMarr Collins and Jason Zhang provide front-of-the-house instruction to the lunch and dinner classes, while Chef Instructors Sheree Mooney and D. Michael Reyes provide culinary instruction to the lunch and dinner classes.
In addition to the faculty team, culnary laboratory coordinator is on staff to provide support as the restaurant's purchasing agent.
