Research Based Educational Material

  1. Quantum Mechanics Concept Assessment (QMCA)

A research-based validated conceptual test to gage students Content knowledge of Modern Physics & Quantum (wave functions, measurement, time dependence, probability, infinite square well, 1D tunneling, energy levels, spins)

  2. Adaptable Curricular Exercises for Quantum Mechanics (ACEQM)

A complete upper division quantum mechanics curriculum by utilizing spin first approach, including, lecture notes, class activities, concept questions, prefights, tutorials, homework, and exams.

  3. Online Tutorials about Quantum Mechanics

A full set of interactive online quantum mechanics tutorials appropriate for the first semester of upper division quantum mechanics courses.

  4. Course Redesign Faculty Showcase Archives

Utilizing the results from my research in teaching hybrid, online, and flipped courses, I have redesigned introductory bottleneck  physics courses and have received funding to lead the California State University (CSU) system-wide faculty development workshops to disseminate my redesigned course materials in 2013. I was one o he pioneers of  teaching flipped Format courses and had offered one of the first year e-Academy workshops to disseminate the practice.
