About Me

John Hildebrand has 20+ years of professional planning experience in both the public and private sectors and is currently the Riverside County Planning Director. John is a member of the American Planning Association (“APA”) and has served two terms as the Director for the Inland Empire Section APA, representing Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. John is also a Board member of the California Planning Foundation (“CPF”), which is an organization that gives annual scholarships to students enrolled in a college Planning program. 

 

John Hildebrand is a part-time adjunct professor, lecturing in both undergraduate and graduate courses, specializing in land use, policy development, and entitlement processing.
