I am a policy researcher and practitioner with over two decades of experience spanning government, international organizations, academia, and consulting, with a focus on data-driven policy evaluation and decision-making in education, workforce development, public health, and criminal justice. My work includes leading analytical projects for multiple counties in California, including public defender offices, and serving as an expert witness in data science and statistics in California Superior Courts.
Previously, I held senior executive and managerial roles with the Government of India as Under Secretary and with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as Assistant Commissioner, where I oversaw education, health, urban services, and human resources, and led policy formulation, grant-funded initiatives, large-scale hiring, and intergovernmental coordination.
I have also worked with the United Nations in New York and New Delhi, contributing to social and economic policy analysis related to education access, digital learning infrastructure, and sustainable development.
