Submission Portals
All budget transfers and Position Budget Adjustments (PBAs) must be entered directly into Questica by requestors. Budget transfer and PBA submissions will no longer be accepted in Smartsheet, with the exception of budget transfers that are directly related to cash transfers.
Relevant documents must be attached with submissions via the portal.
