Get a Head Start on Your Thesis Formatting
The Graduate Studies Office now offers Formatting Reviews to help you prepare your thesis for official formatting approval.
This service is designed to give you early feedback and personalized guidance from our Graduate Student Assistants, who will walk you through the university’s formatting requirements and help you identify areas for improvement.
By participating in a formatting review, you can ensure your thesis is on the right track — saving time and reducing revisions when you submit your final thesis for format approval.
How to Prepare before scheduling your thesis formatting review appointment
- Please carefully read and follow the master's thesis formatting guidelines. The guidelines contain rules and steps necessary to ensure your paper meets university formatting standards.
What to Expect
During your format review, a Graduate Student Assistant will:
- Review your document for alignment with university formatting guidelines
- Provide feedback on layout, margins, page numbering, headings, and other key formatting elements
- Offer tips and resources to help you make necessary corrections before your final format review submission
How to Schedule
To schedule a Formatting Review appointment, please send an email to formatreview@cpp.edu
In your email, include:
- Your full name
- Bronco ID number
- A PDF copy of your thesis
- Preferred appointment dates and times
Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled in advance.
Hours of Availability – Spring 2026
Formatting review appointments are available during the Spring 2026 semester:
- Mondays – 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesdays – 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesdays – 9:15 AM-8:00 PM
- Thursdays – 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
The last day to schedule a formatting review appointment is May 14, 2026.
Final thesis submission for format approval
Once you have successfully formatted your thesis to meet all requirements, you may email formatreview@cpp.edu with your thesis as a PDF (.pdf) attachment to request your official formatting review approval.
