Submitting the Final Version of your Thesis for Format Review
Once you have reviewed the Master's Thesis Formatting Guidelines and made sure your paper matches the Thesis Sample Guide (PDF), submit an email request that includes your thesis as a PDF (.pdf) attachment to formatreview@cpp.edu. At this point your paper must be finalized, defended, and approved by your committee members before you contact the Format Review Team.
If the reviewer determines that your paper has NOT been formatted according to the standards outlined in the Thesis Formatting Checklist (PDF), then they may ask you to revise your submission according to the sample guide (pdf) and resubmit. If this occurs, the format reviewer will respond to your initial request with an email including a Thesis Formatting Checklist (PDF) of steps to be completed before you seek formatting approval again. Once you have updated the paper, please contact the format reviewer again for approval.
Once a reviewer has officially approved the formatting of your thesis, you will receive an email confirmation from the Graduate Studies Office.
