Innovation Orchard Application Process
Thank you for your interest in our Innovation Orchard Space (IO) located in Ganesha High School. In order to gain full access to our space and equipment, there are several steps that you must complete so that you can receive full access to our space resources. Below you will find an overview of all the steps you must complete.
Step 1 – Request access to our Canvas Site
- Getting access to our canvas page will allow you to upload proof of documents and give you access to our training.

Step 2 - Complete the Safety Base Learning Plan
- Prior to using any of our equipment and resources, everyone must complete this training to fulfill the EHS requirements.
Step 3- Obtain a Live Scan Background Check
- In accordance with code section 45125 (Links to an external site.), everyone that plans on using our equipment and resources at the Innovation Orchard is required to obtain a live scan at their own cost.
- A live scan is a digital fingerprinting process that replaces traditional ink fingerprinting in states where it's available. An applicant's fingerprints are securely transmitted to a government agency, which performs a criminal history background check using an Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS).
Step 4 - Obtain a Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
- Complete a TB Screening at the CPP Health CenterLinks to an external site. or with a personal physician
When you click next, you will be directed to the page where you can submit the forms as requested in step 4
Step 5 - Submit Proof of Documents on Canvas
- Submit Proof of completion of live scan (Scanned copy of receipt or summary will work)
- Submit Proof of TB Screening results and/or appointment receipt
