How to Apply to TSP

  1. Create your CSU Transfer Planner account. Creating an account does not mean you have submitted a TSP agreement
  2. During the TSP enrollment period (August 1 – November 30), complete the TSP questionnaire via the Transfer Planner.
  3. If eligible, Research Universities and Programs on the left-hand side, follow your TSP program of choice and enroll in an agreement.
  4. Once you see the congratulation image, you have submitted your TSP agreement!
Please be advised that submitting your TSP agreement is a preliminary step. The TSP coordinator will review your agreement and then finalize your agreement with CPP.
