Ahmed Al-Khatib is Chairman and CEO of AGILINE Software, LLC – a spin off from SIGMAnet, Inc. where he oversees the strategic vision and direction of the company. He is responsible for corporate development, building strategic partnerships and broadening business relationships.

Prior to AGILINE, Ahmed was the Founder and CEO of SIGMAnet, Inc., which under his leadership became one of the largest information technology companies in California offering consulting, solutions and services to medium and large companies, government agencies, and educational institutions. SIGMAnet had over 400 employees across the state of California with locations in Ontario, Irvine, San Diego, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley and over $250 million dollars in annual revenues. SIGMAnet notable clients were: Farmers Insurance, Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America, Experian, Cisco Systems, and many other corporations. Ahmed sold SIGMAnet in 2015.

Prior to founding SIGMAnet, Ahmed earned a BSEE from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona, where he also pursued his MBA and MSEE. From 1985 to 1990, he shared his passion for education and Information Technology teaching computer classes at Mount San Antonio Community College.

Mr. Al-Khatib has invested in real estate throughout his career. After the crash of 2008, he launched a company with a seasoned expert and purchased several real estate assets in multiple states. Mr. Al-khatib surrounds himself with reliable and experienced professionals to manage his real estate investments.

Through his Family Foundation, Ahmed funded the Cal Poly College of Engineering Leadership Development Initiative and supports education, healthcare, and other non-profit initiatives. Ahmed also serves on the Engineering Leadership Board.

Ahmed currently resides in Newport Coast, CA with his wife and six children, and enjoys spending time with his family, philanthropy, reading, hunting and camping.
