Marissa Andrada is a transformative business leader, board director, and culture strategist known for her work as a “Culture Master and Kindness Catalyst”—championing people-first leadership and inclusive workplace cultures. With over 30 years of experience in business and people leadership, she has helped iconic brands grow through talent development, purpose-driven strategy, and cultural transformation.
Andrada currently serves on the Board of Directors for Krispy Kreme, a role she has held since February 2022. She previously served as Chief Diversity, Inclusion and People Officer at Chipotle Mexican Grill (2020–2022), and as Chief People Officer (2018–2020). Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Kate Spade & Company, Starbucks, GameStop, Red Bull, Universal, and Pizza Hut, where she led human resources strategy, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
A proud first-generation college graduate, Andrada earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She remains actively involved with Cal Poly Pomona, mentoring students and supporting initiatives that help others find their path, voice, and purpose.
Beyond her professional achievements, Andrada is a passionate dog mom to a Siberian husky, a lover of live music and fashion, and enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Michael Devellano, a tech entrepreneur and author. She is also a proud stepmother to Brianna “Bri” Devellano, a graduate student and ASL interpreter dedicated to serving the Deaf+ community.
