Educational Opportunity Program

If admitted to EOP at Cal Poly Pomona, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to submit your EOP Partnership Agreement (EPA). In order to be invited to Summer Bridge, students must be fully admitted to EOP and meet all of their program deadlines.

• If you have any questions regarding your EOP admissions status, please email eopadmin@cpp.edu. When emailing please provide your 9-digit Bronco ID number and full name.

• This is a structured program, where students must live on campus during our Residential Component (Week 1 & 2: July 7th-July 17th) and commute during our Commuter Component (Week 3: July 21st-24th) and must be fully committed to our program partnership, as failure to do so may result in program dismissal. 
  • No Excused Absences: Students will not be excused for any personal appointments and are encouraged to plan ahead of time to be present during all 3-weeks of SB.
    • NOTE: Attend a Freshmen Orientation date before the start of SB 2025 (July 7, 2025). During Orientation Day students get to register for Fall classes, so it is recommended to attend one of the earliest available dates. 

• Access to SB Application will be given once the module is completed.

• Applicants must meet all university and EOP deadlines to be considered for acceptance into SB.

NOTE: 

• Provisionally Admitted students will be notified by early June via their CPP Email and Personal Email. If admitted, students must do the following: 
  • Complete SB Partnership Agreement Form: In this form students can indicate whether they accept or decline their attendance to the SB program. Only students who complete this step will be officially admitted as part of the SB 2025 cohort.
