About Transfer Bridge (TB)

Transfer Bridge (TB) is a FREE comprehensive, two-day summer transition program designed to assist Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) transfer students in transition from community college to the university setting by providing a wide range of educational, personal, social, and cultural enrichment opportunities.

We understand our EOP transfer students come to Cal Poly Pomona with unique lived experiences and a wealth of knowledge and skill sets yet transitioning to a new college environment can be intimidating. In just two days, students will be provided with campus resources, community connections, and additional support services that will enhance their skills and success as a Cal Poly Pomona Bronco.

 

Transfer Bridge Program Dates 2026:
Wednesday, July 29, 2026 through Thursday, July 30, 2026 @ Cal Poly Pomona
**If selected to participate, all students MUST attend all days of the program, unless approved by program staff. For accommodations, please contact us at transferbridge@cpp.edu.**

Program Model

Transfer Bridge (TB) is a structured two day virtual program, where students are engaging in many different components to learn more about CPP services, resources, and to connect with peers and staff. See program details below. 

  • Program Dates: July 30 - July 31
  • In-Person Program Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at Cal Poly Pomona
  • Includes:
