Transition Programs provides incoming EOP students the opportunity to get a head start with our Summer or Transfer Bridge programs. Once admitted to Cal Poly Pomona and EOP, students are invited to join us for one of our transformational EOP summer transition program where they can learn more about different university services, enhance their leadership skills, and connect with staff and peers to ease their overall transition to the university setting.
*Note: Invitations to Summer Bridge and Transfer Bridge will be emailed to newly admitted EOP students in May and June.
During the academic year student engagement activities are provided to support all EOP students sense of belonging and empower them to connect, learn, and grow with their EOP community.
