Implementation Schedule and Annual Inflationary Adjustment

1. Starting Summer Quarter 2013, create and implement the mandatory Student Success Fee at a rate of $74.00/quarter. The Student Success Fee will not be assessed in Summer Quarter if summer courses are administered through the College of the Extended University.
   
   
2. Starting Summer Quarter 2014, the Student Success Fee will be adjusted to $102.00/quarter, plus the annual inflationary rate adjustment by using the Higher Education Price Index. The Student Success Fee will not be assessed in Summer Quarter if summer courses are administered through the College of the Extended University.
   
   
3. Starting Summer Quarter 2015, the Student Success Fee will be adjusted to $129.00/quarter, plus the annual inflationary rate adjustment by using the Higher Education Price Index. The Student Success Fee will not be assessed in Summer Quarter if summer courses are administered through the College of the Extended University.
   
   
4. Starting Summer Quarter 2016, the Student Success Fee will be adjusted to $138.25/quarter, plus the annual inflationary rate adjustment by using the Higher Education Price Index. The Student Success Fee will not be assessed in Summer Quarter if summer courses are administered through the College of the Extended University.
   
   
5. Starting Summer Quarter 2017 and in subsequent years, the Student Success Fee will be adjusted based on the annual inflationary rate adjustment by using the Higher Education Price Index. The Student Success Fee will not be assessed in Summer Quarter if summer courses are administered through the College of the Extended University.
