Faculty and Staff Request Form
An exam review workshop is designed to help students prepare for upcoming exams by reviewing key concepts.
A concept review workshop does not need to be tied to a specific exam; instead, they provide additional practice and deeper understanding of concepts that students commonly find challenging.
Fulfilling requests depends on tutor and room availability and is, therefore, not guaranteed.
To ensure tutors have adequate time to prepare, we kindly ask that workshop requests be submitted at least five business days in advance along with:-
A list of concepts or topics to be covered

Relevant formulas, if any
-
Practice problems
-
A solution key (for tutor preparation only; this will not be shared with students)
Workshops are 50-minutes long, therefore, the tutor will ask students to prioritize concepts or problems to cover, as it may not be possible to cover all that are provided.
Faculty can request a workshop to be held in their class or at the LRC for the following content:
- Articles
- Developing and Organizing Essays
- Perfect Verb Tense
- Quoting, Paraphrasing, and Responding
- Simple Verb Tense
- Subject Verb Agreement
