Heba Ramzy

With over two decades of experience in corporate social responsibility, public policy, and international development, Ramzy has led global initiatives and forged cross-sector partnerships that drive digital innovation and social impact. She previously served as the executive global citizenship lead and responsible business co-lead at Avanade, a global professional IT consultancy, and was instrumental in facilitating a strategic partnership with Cal Poly Pomona to establish the Avanade AI & Innovation Center on campus. She also held senior roles at Microsoft, including regional director of corporate affairs for the Middle East and Africa, and is the founding partner of H&E Consult. 

Ramzy earned her master’s degree in information systems analysis and design from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University in Cairo. She currently chairs the Dean’s Advisory Council for Cal Poly Pomona’s College of Business Administration and helped launch major Avanade-supported initiatives at the university, including the FUEL Conference and the Mitch Hill Center for Digital Innovation. 

An Eisenhower Fellow and internationally recognized advocate for youth and technology, Ramzy has co-founded several award-winning educational initiatives and serves on numerous global nonprofit boards, including MasterPeace, the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative, and the President’s Advisory Council of Eisenhower Fellowships
