The Office's Approach

Cultivating a Culture of Care

The Office of Community & Belonging is grounded in a continuous cycle of listening, learning, connection, support, action, and transformation. We recognize and value the meaningful work already taking place across Cal Poly Pomona and seek to build upon the strengths, expertise, relationships, and commitments that are already part of our community. Our role is to help create connections across this work, bringing people, resources, ideas, and institutional priorities together to foster greater collaboration, shared learning, alignment, and collective impact. Together, these commitments provide the foundation for how we cultivate a Culture of Care:
