Bronco Experience Questionnaire

Meaningful institutional progress begins with listening to the people who experience Cal Poly Pomona every day. Every Bronco brings a unique perspective, experience, and vision for what CPP can become. Understanding what is working, where challenges and needs are emerging, and what our community believes is possible gives us the insight we need to make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.

This fall, the Office of Community & Belonging, in partnership with the Division of People & Culture, will launch the Bronco Experience Questionnaire, an anonymous opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to share their experiences and help shape the future of our University.

The questionnaire will invite our community to reflect on the Bronco experience and holistic well-being. Employees will also have an opportunity to share perspectives on employee engagement and the workplace experience.
