Note: A new contract, registration, and reservation process has been implemented beginning July 2025.

Frequently Asked Questions


  • If you are bringing more than 2x 10'x10' canopies, and a single table, the Bronco Leadership Center must request through Campus Facilities, Planning & Management to approve your booth layout (this process can take 1-3 weeks).
    • The approval is valid for the current academic semester (August-December, January-May).
    • If you are approved in August, you will have to work with the Bronco Leadership Center again in January to be approved until May.
  • If you only have up to 2x 10'x10' canopies and a single table the Bronco Leadership Center does not have to request approval from Campus Facilities, Planning & Management.

Vendors can sell on campus from August 25, 2025-May 8, 2026 (the academic year), excluding weekends and campus holidays.

  • There are only three vendor spots available per day.
    • Spots are reserved in advance, and are subject to availability.
  • Dates must be at least two weeks (10 business days) from today's date.
    • If the required documents are incomplete five days before the scheduled date, the reservation for the space will be canceled.
  • To request date(s), the link to the form is sent to you once your Adobe Sign and materials are approved.
    • We only schedule for the current academic semester.
  • This is only a request, we will contact you if your dates are confirmed.

The Bronco Leadership Center's vendor program is unavailable during campuswide events.

  • Bronco Bound (one Saturday in April)
  • Green and Gold Block Party (one Saturday in January or February)
  • Explore CPP (one Saturday in November)
  • Fall Conference (entire third week of August)
  • Orientation (June-August)
  • Commencement (mid-May)
  • and other large-scale campus events

Payment is required on the day of your reservation, or the first day of your consecutive-day reservation. Any returned checks are subject to an additional $25.00 returned check fee. Any cancellation can incur a $75.00 fee.

  • Review the new contract
  • Complete the registration form
  • Sign and return contract sent to you
  • Make reservations, once you’re a registered vendor

Print, sign, and either mail or drop it off at the Bronco Leadership Center

  • If your insurance coverage expires before May 8, 2026, you are required to email a copy of the new policy to leadership@cpp.edu at least 10 business days before it expires to continue to vend at CPP.

Registration will now be an annual process.

You can register anytime during the academic year (Aug 25, 2025- May 8, 2026), but your registration will only be good until May 8th, even if you register in April.

No, not at this time. We only allow requests within the current Academic Semester. Semesters run from Late August-December and January-early May. If you request in August for dates in January, your requests will not be approved. 

If you request a non-standard layout of 2-3 vendor spaces, there will be a flat fee of $100/day. You will NOT be charged for each space.
