2023 Alliances for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (AGEP) Retreat at Cal Poly Pomona

Welcome to the 2023 Retreat for the CSU AGEP Alliance for Diversity & Strengths of STEM Faculty! We look forward to seeing you, spending time with you in person, and sharing the beautiful Cal Poly Pomona campus with you.

The Retreat is July 31 - August 4, 2023, at the Collins College of Hospitality Management and the Kellogg West Hotel & Conference Center at Cal Poly Pomona. Different groups of participants are invited for different days – please see the Retreat Schedule to determine when you should plan to arrive.

Getting ready for the Retreat

Here’s an early July to-do list:

Make sure you have your actual campus ID card with you! (You will need it for checking in at the Kellogg West hotel so we do not have to pay occupancy tax.)
If you have not already done so, submit a travel approval request via your own campus Concur system. If your campus does not use Concur, please obtain travel pre-authorization through your campus process.
Save all your travel receipts!
Please bring your re-usable water bottle and/or travel coffee cup, as we hope to reduce plastic waste
Continue to look at the Retreat website for information about the schedule, amenities and features of Kellogg West, and things to do in the area
Contact the Retreat Team with any questions, concerns, or needs
We have already made hotel reservations for all registered Retreat participants – you do NOT need to make your own reservation.
