The retreat is Monday July 31 through Friday August 4, 2023. Please see the full retreat schedule below.

  • The project team, evaluators, and visitors from NSF are invited to arrive Sunday July 30 and attend Monday July 31 – Friday Aug 4.
  • Advisory board members are invited to arrive Monday July 31 and attend Tuesday Aug. 1 – Friday Aug. 4 (but are not required after Tuesday). The formal advisory board meeting on Tuesday Aug. 1 will have a zoom option. Advisory board members are warmly welcomed to attend in person.
  • Coaches in the 2023-2024 cohort are invited to arrive Monday July 31 and attend Tuesday Aug. 1 – Friday Aug. 4
  • Early career faculty (ECF) in the 2023-2024 cohort are invited to arrive Tuesday August 1 and attend Wednesday Aug. 2 – Friday Aug. 4
  • Coaches and early career faculty in the 2022-2023 cohort are invited to attend arrive Tuesday August 1 Wednesday Aug. 2 – Friday Aug. 4
  • Coaches and early career faculty from 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 are invited to arrive Wednesday August 2 and attend Thursday Aug. 3 – Friday Aug. 4
