I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2005 with a Bachelor.s Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology (ECET). In my current position I am responsible for Payload System Test Equipment Support (STE). This includes maintenance, setup, calibration, verification and anomaly resolution of large test equipment setups and test systems integration. Some of the programs I have worked on include GPS IIF, DirecTV and several military satellites, just to name a few. Lately, I have been designing STE for the GPS IIF program and supporting DTV thermal vacuum testing.

The upper division electives I took as an ECET student focused in high frequency communications. One reason I got my job in the first place was because I had experience using Spectrum / Network Analyzers and a working knowledge of S-parameters. What I learned as an ET Student has allowed me to excel in my career as a hands-on oriented engineer.
