"Everyone of all skills levels and academic standing (Freshmen to Master's) are encouraged to apply to Northrop Grumman Collaboration Project. Interviewing requirements are different by team but are typically as follows:

1. Submit Application Form
   • Keep an eye out for emails from Dr. Subodh Bhandari (ARO), Dr. Scott Boskovich (EMSET), Dr. Zekeriya Aliyazicioglu (ECE), Dr. Daisy Tang (CS), or Dr. Carlos Castro (ME). The form can also be found in the Northrop Grumman Collaboration Project Recruitment Discord Server. Please contact the current project manager to be added.
2. Interview
   • You will be contacted sometime after the form is submitted to schedule an interview with leadership from the relevant team. Different teams may have different interview processes. Interviews are typically held online during the summer.
3. Offers
   • The timeline for hearing back is dependent on the team. If you have any concerns, please reach out to your interviewer. Offers are typically sent out before the academic year st
