Dr. Deepti Agrawal holds a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. Her academic journey is rooted in her professional experience as a software developer for a leading IT company in India, where she gained hands-on experience with technology and its applications in business contexts.

Dr. Agrawal's research interests are centered around the adoption and utilization of emerging technologies and behavioral information security, reflecting her belief that information is the most valuable currency in today's digital age. Her work often incorporates advanced research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative methods, data scraping, and analytics, enabling her to approach complex problems with a comprehensive and nuanced perspective.
