About Me

Nell C. Huang Horowitz (Ph.D., University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) is a Professor of Communication and Chair of the Communication Department. She teaches in the Public Relations and Organizational Communication options.

Professor Horowitz’s research focuses on three main areas: organizational identity and reputation, small businesses and nonprofits, and emerging fields. She received her B.A. (Communication and Public Relations) and M.A. (Communication Management) from the University of Southern California.
