Who to Contact: If Students Are Taken Into Custody
If a student is taken into custody, free legal support resources may be available, outlined in the sections below. Once you learn a student has been taken into custody, the Dean of Students Office should be contacted to ensure the student's academic records are maintained.

Undocumented Student Services (USS) provides guidance, advocacy, and resources to help undocumented, mixed-status, and immigrant students achieve their personal and academic goals. This page offers key information and policies designed to ensure the safety, privacy, and success of our community.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is ready to support any student experiencing emotional or psychological distress due to the current anti-immigration climate.
