Who to Contact: Employees Are Taken Into Custody
If you are aware that an employee has been taken into custody as a result of an immigration enforcement action on campus, please contact the person named below as soon as possible so that the University can make necessary notifications, including informing the affected employees’ emergency contact of the situation.

Cal Poly Pomona remains committed to protecting access to employee personal records in accordance with federal and state laws and ensuring data is used solely for its intended purpose. Records are not released to a third party, including immigration enforcement officials, without the written permission of the individual in question or a proper judicial order. For auxiliary employees, please check with the respective auxiliary Human Resources departments.
