Dear Campus Community,

As your president, it is my responsibility to ensure we continue to advance and improve the lives of our Broncos so we can set them up for lifelong success. That is why I am so pleased to share the launch of Bronco CareerWorks.

This semester, Cal Poly Pomona and Ultimate Staffing Services launched a first-of-its-kind partnership that introduces an on-site staffing resource on our campus. This student-serving initiative, funded by the MacKenzie Scott gift, is designed to expand access to jobs, paid work experiences, internships and personalized career pathways and is wholly focused on connecting our students with their future employers.

Embedded in our CPP Career Center, Bronco CareerWorks reflects our polytechnic, become-by-doing identity and builds upon the CSU’s promise that our graduates will have clear paths to meaningful, paid career opportunities and graduate study.

This partnership builds on and further enhances our existing Career Center services, bringing new industry expertise and employer connections to our campus at a time when students nationwide are navigating a rapidly changing career landscape.

Most importantly, this initiative reflects our enduring commitment to student success. Through expanded experiential learning and personalized career journeys, Bronco CareerWorks helps ensure that every Bronco is prepared not only to graduate, but to thrive.

I encourage you to learn more on our Career Center website.

Sincerely,

Iris S. Levine
Interim President
