Hospitality has been part of Taylor Lepale’s life for as long as she can remember. Growing up, she helped her parents serve their church community, learning the importance of caring for others and creating welcoming experiences. Those early lessons shaped her passion for bringing people together and pursuing a career in hospitality. At Cal Poly Pomona, Taylor continues to build on her passions through involvement in Cal Poly Rose Float, the Kellogg Honors College, Alpha Lambda Delta and the National Society of Leadership and Success. She also works for The Walt Disney Company, gaining hands-on experience in one of the world’s leading guest service organizations. Through the Disney College Program, she strengthened her communication, problem-solving and leadership skills while creating meaningful experiences for guests. Taylor credits her parents as her greatest role models, inspired by their kindness, generosity and selfless commitment to serving others. In the future, Taylor hopes to build a career with Disney as an event planner, using creativity, care and attention to detail to create unforgettable experiences.
