CPP Connect
CPP Connect enhances your advising and tutoring experiences by allowing you to seamlessly schedule an appointment. Log in to see your college advising center's drop-in hours or their appointment availability, as well as availabilty for other CPP academic support programs. You can also schedule tutoring appointments with the Learning Resource Center and other tutoring offices.
Academic Support & Learning Services
The Office of Student Success supports incoming and current students in a number of ways, including the First Year Experience program, which provides an overview of opportunities and possible career paths while also providing a college credit by enrolling in a first-year experience. Additional programs include PolyTransfer, specifically built to support transfer students, and the Learning Resource Center to boost critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
Bronco Advising Center (BAC)
The Bronco Advising Center (BAC) can answer questions about general academic advising, undeclared advising, the graduation pledge, class registration, academic records, financial aid, student accounting and any thing else about CPP. You can reach out to the BAC by calling (909) 869-4600 or emailing bac@cpp.edu. Be sure to have your Bronco ID number ready.

Billy Chat is an artificial intelligence texting robot available to all incoming students. You can ask Billy questions, and he'll answer 24/7. If Billy doesn't have the answer to your question, he'll get a human to help.
Billy will also send you messages throughout the school year about upcoming dates, announcements and campus services. Make sure your cell phone number is up to date in your BroncoDirect Student Center so you can text him!
