I Want One-On-One Nutrition Education

Are you interested in learning more about nutrition?

Call 909-869-5272 to make an appointment with a Health Educator.

Get your nutrition questions answered and learn more about:

  • MyPlate guidelines and recommendations
  • How to read a food label
  • Maintaining a balanced diet
  • Goal setting
  • Portion sizes
  • Meal prepping
  • Other nutrition concerns

Our nutrition education sessions are judgment-free to ensure you learn how to have a well-balanced diet that fits your body’s needs. We will work with you to help you achieve your goals.

What is a session like?

During your session you will review an intake form to understand your living situation, schedule, questions and your goals. Following that, depending on your questions and goals, the session will be tailored to your nutritional needs.

Nutrition Coaching sessions are educations sessions and provide general information about nutrition topics. We can educate you on general tools and topics to increase knowledge on nutrition and teach you how to make your own SMART goals.

What cannot be provided?

Due to the scope of practice limitations, we are NOT able to provide nutrition therapy. This means we cannot give a person specific recommendations or specialized recommendations for eating disorders, or chronic conditions. In this case you may need a different type of nutrition professional called a Registered Dietitian to give you the support you need.
