Recognition Awards
Award Types
Impactful collaboration within a department or across department lines resulting in an outcome that benefits our students, faculty, staff or the overall University.
Online Form to Submit Nomination
Criteria:
- Demonstrated a partnership or collaboration that resulted in a positive outcome or quantifiable benefits for the university.
- Awards are distributed to eligible CPP Administrative Affairs employees in good standing.
Metrics:
- Feedback: from their supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients to provide a holistic view of the employee's collaboration skills.
Nominations:
- Submitted on award recognition website, using the nomination link. Nominations may only be submitted by and for CPP Administrative Affairs Division employees.
- Nominations will be pulled and distributed to the employee's corresponding department AVP for review.
- AVPs will submit their nomination(s) to VP of Administrative Affairs.
- VP of Administrative Affairs will review AVP submitted nominations for selection of winner(s).
Consistently provides exemplary services to our customers, goes above and beyond to address their needs and resolve their issues and ensures a great customer experience.

Criteria:
- Positive Attitude: Displays a positive attitude, even in difficult situations, which impacts our customer experience (internal or external).
- Exceptional Service/ Eliminating Barriers: eliminates barriers by communicating and collaborating with the customer to address their needs.
- Creativity or resourceful: demonstrates creativity or resourcefulness in assisting our customers in addressing their needs (within University policy).
- Awards are distributed to eligible CPP Administrative Affairs employees in good standing.
Metrics:
- Customer Satisfaction Score / Survey (CSAT): measures customer satisfaction with a service or product at a specific outpoint / includes name of the person who serviced the customer.
- Post-Interaction Surveys: Conducted immediately after a service interaction, these surveys provide immediate feedback from customers about their experience and to capture the name person who serviced the customer.
Nominations:
- Submitted on award recognition website, using the nomination link. Nominations may be submitted by CPP campus community specifically for Administrative Affairs Division employees.
- Nominations will be pulled and distributed to the employee's corresponding department AVP for review.
- Each department AVP will select one (1) employee from their nominations as a winner.
Brings creative ideas, proposals and solutions, demonstrates creativity in problem-solving, and contributes to workplace innovation and efficiency.

- Problem-solving and implementation: Brings innovative ideas. Creates/proposes innovative, creative solutions to problems. Works with co-workers and leaders to implement solutions.

Metrics:
- Innovative solution impact: Description of innovative achievement and impact to division and/or campus.
- Submitted on award recognition website, using the nomination link. Nominations may only be submitted by and for CPP Administrative Affairs Division employees.
- Nominations will be pulled and distributed to the employee's corresponding department AVP for review.
- AVPs will submit their nomination(s) to VP of Administrative Affairs.
- VP of Administrative Affairs will review AVP-submitted nominations for selection of winner(s).

Give a High Five
Submit a "high five" to show your appreciation for a staff member or team within the Division of Administrative Affairs. A "high five" can be submitted for any appreciation or recognition you wish to share. Submitted high fives will be reviewed and posted on a monthly basis to the division's "high five" web page.
