Program Assessment Plans and Curriculum Matrices

An assessment plan is a living document outlining the student learning outcomes of a program, the methods used to demonstrate the achievement of each SLO, the timeframe and cycle for collecting and reviewing the data, and the individual(s) responsible. A curriculum matrix is a visual representation that depicts the alignment between the program’s curriculum and the student learning outcomes of the program.
