She earned a stellar reputation built on exceptional IT expertise, outstanding people skills, and fundamental trust. Jessica helped her clients manage everything from Exchange servers, hosted exchange and Office 365, to cloud managed networking equipment, and BYOD environments. Jessica integrated Mac and PC networks, and supported everything with a power button.Education – Metropolitan State University, MIS. Professional Interests - Specialties: Cloud and SaaS strategy, consulting and implementation. Vendor management, hosted exchange, exchange migrations, Office 365, mobile device management (MDM), bring your own device (BYOD), Mac/PC, SMB network deployment, virtualization, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. CRM and collaboration systems; both open source and commercial/enterprise platforms.

Dr. Dan Manson

CHAIR, CIS DEPARTMENT, CAL POLY POMONA

Dr. Dan Manson, CISSP, is a Professor and Department Chair in Computer Information Systems at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona). Dr. Manson is in charge of the Western Regional Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition and California Cyber Challenge as part of the United States Cyber Challenge. Dan has been co-Principal Investigator on three National Science Foundation grants to support workforce, curriculum and professional development in cyber security, including the current CyberWatch West NSF ATE Regional Center grant. Dan serves on the Academic Relations Committee for the Los Angeles Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and is a past president of the Southern California High Technology Crime Investigation Association.

John Lee

SENIOR DIRECTOR, AVANADE

John Lee currently serves as a Senior Director for Avanade, a technology services joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. Lee presently leads Avanade’s Application Development and Collaboration practice groups for the Southwest. His key responsibilities include delivery quality, solution architecture, workforce management and recruiting. Previously, Lee has worked at several start-ups in Southern California and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Software Engineer for the Deep Space Missions Systems. Lee also holds many programming certifications for Java and Microsoft technologies. Lee has a juris doctor degree (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania. Lee also earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cal State – Los Angeles where he was awarded Computer Science Student of the Year in 2003.
