Academic Advisors
ECS majors connect with the Student Success Center in the College of Education and Integrative Studies for guidance and registration questions. At the CEIS Student Success Center, you can meet with an advisor, find out about services, and learn about upcoming workshops. College Advisors provide information on detailed academic questions concerning your academic plan for graduation; submitting petitions and appeals; recommendations on courses; updating your academic plan; clearing advising holds; and transfer credits. The designated College Advisor for ECS students is Marlene Melinte (pictured to the left). Email ceisadvising@cpp.edu or visit 94-275 to schedule an appointment with her.
Faculty Advisors
ECS Faculty Advisors are also here to help you navigate your educational experience in a big-picture way. ECS Faculty help with general career path and educational journey and wellbeing questions like career aspiration discussions, graduate school aspirations, and strategies for success mentoring.
