About the Innovation Incubator

Mission

The Innovation Incubator at Cal Poly Pomona invites, inspires, and incubates experiential learning initiatives that spark creativity, discovery, and innovation. We prepare students for the future of work and lifelong learning by cultivating skills for academic success, career readiness, and civic engagement.

Vision

Innovation Incubator's vision is to foster a diverse community of learners composed of students, faculty, and staff engaged in purposeful, collaborative, creative, and impactful experiential learning experiences to suit their curiosity beyond the university experience.
