Transfer Orientation Dates and Details

Dates for Fall 2026 Admits

July: 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, 31

NOTE: Session availability is determined by academic major and overall capacity. The specific date(s) offered for each major will be displayed when accessing the registration link.

Before You Can Register for Orientation

You must submit your Intent to Enroll and pay your Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (if applicable).
  • If you received an enrollment deposit waiver, you must still submit your Intent to Enroll.

Orientation Registration

Opens: April 2, 2026 at 8:00am
Deadline: May 11, 2026 at 11:59pm
Register through:
  • Your CPP Bronco Applicant Portal, or
  • The link in your Orientation invitation email
You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation is confirmed.

If you do not make your reservation by the May 11 deadline, your admission to CPP will be withdrawn.

Pre-Orientation Modules

Required, self-paced online modules, divided into three components:
  • Module 1: Campus Welcome and New Student Resources
    • Available May 4, 2026
  • Module 2: Advising and Registration Resources
    • Available May 18, 2026
    • Complete Modules 1 & 2 before your Orientation day to remove your Orientation Registration (ROS) hold
  • Module 3: Student Support Services and Student Life
    • Available July 13, 2026
    • Compete Module 3 before the Fall 2026 semester begins
  • View all sections and pass the final test with 80% or higher
    • You will receive a completion certificate via email 
Not completing Module 3 by the start of Fall 2026 will result in a registration hold for the Spring 2027 semester.

Holds

Orientation Registration (ROS) Hold
  • Removed 2 business days after completing Modules 1&2
  • Will return if Module 3 is not completed before the Fall semester

Orientation Advising (OAV) Hold
  • Removed once your Orientation attendance is recorded.

Your Orientation Day

During Orientation, you will:
  • Meet other students, faculty, and staff
  • Learn about your college and resources
  • Get academic advising
  • Register for your first semester classes

If you do not attend Orientation Day, your admission to CPP will be withdrawn.
