About the Program
2026 Program Dates: July 9-11
The PolyTransfer Advantage Program at Cal Poly Pomona is a free program to empower prospective community college students with a clear pathway to success in their journey toward transferring to Cal Poly Pomona or any California State University (CSU). The PolyTransfer Advantage Summer Academy equips students with the tools, knowledge, and mentorship needed to transition from a community college to a 4-year university seamlessly. Join us for a free, 3-day program and experience university life as a transfer student at Cal Poly Pomona.
