You always have the option to speak directly with dedicated professional staff and student assistants who understand the needs of the transfer population here at CPP.

Make An Appointment

Go to the CPP Connect website
Click “Log In to CPP Connect” button
Login using your Bronco Username and Password
On your CPP Connect page, select “Get Assistance” (Blue Button, Top Right)

Select the following options as answers to the questions:

For Type of Appointment: Student Support
For Office: PolyTransfer Program
For Reason: Academic Support/Resource
Select “Schedule” (Blue Button, Bottom Right)
Identify Time/Date for the Meeting

Confirm your appointment and you’re all set!
