About the Program
- The PolyTransfer Summer Transition program is a free, 3-day program (with an optional overnight stay) for incoming CPP transfer students. Benefits include:
- Helping you familiarize yourself with CPP tools, resources, and programs
- Receiving a peer mentor to guide you during your first year at CPP
- Cultivating your sense of belonging and community by connecting you with faculty and other transfer students
Who Can Apply
Fall 2024 transfer students are invited to apply for the PolyTransfer Summer Transition Program. Participation is first come, first served.
Your Next Steps
Register for Orientation
Register for your Orientation program by June 3. Attending an Orientation program is mandatory to maintain your admission.
