PolyTransfer Summer Transition Program
About the Program
The PolyTransfer Summer Transition Program is designed for incoming transfer students to develop a sense of belonging to Cal Poly Pomona (CPP) through engagement with their peers, CPP faculty, staff, and resources. You will learn more about the CPP community and how to be successful at CPP.
Summer 2026 Transition Program Dates: July 16th -18th
Learning Outcomes
Students who join us for the Summer Transition Program will have the opportunity to:
- Get familiar with tools, resources, services, and programs
- Receive a peer mentor who can provide guidance during the first academic year at CPP
- Find a sense of belonging and community by connecting with faculty, staff, and other transfer students
Program Benefits
