Cal Poly Pomona's Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) Education Specialist: Extensive Support Needs option in the Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies allows students to earn their BA while simultaneously obtaining credentials in Special Education within four years. This program combines early childhood education with specialized training in supporting children with significant disabilities, equipping graduates to address diverse educational challenges and deliver inclusive, effective teaching strategies in special education environments.
