Alumni Success Story
Friendship and Sweet Success
Sam Howland ('15, hospitality management) got the idea to start an ice cream business while he was a Collins student. As an intern at Dale Bros. Brewing, occasionally he was allowed to take home extra beer after work. He started experimenting with adding beer to ice cream recipes and found that it elevated the ice cream to a whole new level. His roommate Bryan Marasco ('16, marketing management) joined him in creating Scoops on Tap.
